What this site keeps
As little as possible. This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no forms. Fonts and images come from this server itself, not from other services.
Like every web server, the server does keep a log of incoming requests: the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser. That's needed to keep the site secure and to find errors (legitimate interest). These logs are deleted after at most 14 days and aren't used for anything else.
Cloudflare
The site runs through Cloudflare, which protects it against attacks and makes it faster. To do that, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the details of your request on behalf of Fragmented. Cloudflare is an American company; transfers outside the EU are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See also Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If you email
If you email Fragmented, we only use your address and message to reply to you. We keep the email as long as our contact needs it, and after that no longer than the law requires (for example for the accounts).
Your rights
You can ask what data we have about you, and ask to correct or delete it. Email [email protected]; you'll get an answer within a month.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
